When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of being placed. Your shipment should arrive within 10–20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on carrier availability and your location. Please note that delivery delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or due to transit delays caused by the carrier.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order.
Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my card's billing address?
Yes, this is possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped on standard business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
